I agree, 70% leave their club or organization because the people or the organization itself is indifferent to their needs. If i may add something. Some people leave because they feel they are just being used and abused in order to meet the goal of such organization. And that the organization is in prejudice to them as a person and as a member. Well, actually, that is the reason why i left the organization on which i was a member. In fact, never did joined any organization after that.

The “Toastmasters Club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment, allowing every member the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills that, in turn, foster self-confidence and personal growth”. I would love to join in this heart-warming welcome of club. I my self too just quit in my previous organization due to lack of personal attachment between the members, like if you want to get notice you to be a show off or must do something that everyone will appreciated. Unlikely with the Toastmasters Club, it feels like home base on what they what to imposed to every incoming members which I really like.

Certainly anything to improve morale of employees is a good idea. Many in this homogenised society feel undervalued, sometimes even unnoticed. We’ve all changed jobs when things could’ve been improved enough to stay. Thanks for the interesting free download.
